New Delhi, Jul 13 (LAB) As India advances towards becoming a $5 trillion-plus economy, GTT Foundation has launched its ambitious ‘Bridge For Bharat’ initiative to harness the untapped potential of youth in Tier 2 and 3 cities. Over 64% of India’s young population resides in these regions, forming a vast talent pool that remains largely overlooked.
Established by renowned IT industry leaders Dr. Ganesh Natarajan and Dr. Uma Ganesh, Bridge For Bharat aims to strategically develop high-potential ‘Dragon Cities’ while empowering students through funded councils. This initiative is designed to promote balanced regional growth and build a stronger national workforce.
Since its inception in 2012, GTT Foundation has enabled thousands of individuals to become employable by leveraging innovative technologies and impactful learning content. Bridge For Bharat further expands this mission through a comprehensive one-year program offering skills assessments, future-ready digital and IT training with industry certifications, and a unique mentorship platform. The program connects students with professionals and industry veterans, providing exposure and guidance that is rarely available in these regions.
The initiative represents a move beyond traditional CSR, focusing on holistic development to create a new wave of tech innovators and skilled professionals across India.
