Conceived by Chairman Abhay V. Udeshi and inspired by the visionary legacy of founder Shri Vithaldas G. Udeshi, SATVA, derived from Sanskrit meaning pure, balanced, and stable — seeks to transform Jayant Agro into a model of leadership-driven sustainable innovation. “Sustainability isn’t a department, it’s in our DNA,” Udeshi said, emphasizing the urgency of action: “Nurture Nature, & Nature will Nurture You; Not Tomorrow, Not Today, but Now.”
Recently, in an ESG enhancement session, over 70 employees and board members pledged personal changes in their daily lives towards sustainability, embodying SATVA’s core spirit. The program focuses on renewable energy integration, green chemistry principles, waste heat recovery, sustainable sourcing, employee accountability, and technology-driven eco-efficient operations aligned with global ESG standards.
